The license, the trial, refunds, and which computers the app runs on.
One-time license
A paid DocuMind AI license is a single purchase for the Mac app. It is not a subscription.
Trial
The first 5 imported documents are free. After that, import, the batch queue, and export need the license.
Refunds follow Dodo
If Dodo refunds the payment, the license for that purchase is no longer active. Refund handling follows Dodo.
Mac only
The app is for Mac. Windows is not available yet. The license key is for use in DocuMind AI on your Mac.
